This bike rack light bar keeps you visible while you're driving on the road at night. Plugs into your vehicle's 4-way flat or 7-way round connection. Provides brake lights, running lights, turn signals, and emergency flashers.

Note: This light bar may have compatibility issues when used on newer vehicles with factory-installed tow packages. If you experience problems with dashboard warnings or rapidly flashing turn signals, a possible solution is using a 4-pin flat to 7-pin round adapter with a built-in electrical resistor. While we cannot guarantee compatibility, it has proven effective in most cases.

When I first received this safety light from e-trailer, I found it would not work correctly with my 2021 Leisure Travel Wonder RV (Ford Transit chasis). I had to return it. I called Hollywood racks directly about the issue, and was told there was a new version that just came out (it no longer had the amber lights and had other updates). So I ordered from them - they were nice enough to also give me a discount for the trouble.
The new Safety bar worked perfect and is still working great after one year.
I'm sure e-trailer now has the newer model in stock.
E-trailer was a big help with my initial order and return, and I thank them for that. I highly recommend these folks!
Really like the design works perfectly when the rack and our Cargo E-bikes are on the RV and covered for protection!! I was worried we would have to leave them uncovered but this took care of the issue! I also like the versatility this offers if we feel we need to raise the light up higher later on down the road. Great product!!
LED lights are very bright and visible. Mounted directly to the Hollywood rack. Very easy to install
Excellent visibility! I tried the smaller Curt lights but people told me they were not bright enough for safety. This light is WAY brighter! I did mount it with double sided tape onto the bar along with zip strips because I wanted to be as protected from the ground as possible. Expensive but much safer and worth it in our opinion!

LED light is great. Really make the bike rack a lot more visible. If you have a Hollywood Destination E 4500 bike rack and you do not want to attach the light bar to your bike, you may want to order the adapter bar which I have done. The adapter bar attaches below the rack and allows for a more permanent mount.

After a year since this purchase I absolutely continue with the five star review. We have traveled with our bikes many times and the LED light makes us so much more visible. So worth the money.
Works great. I carry two fat tire ebikes that cover the tailights on my Ford Expedition. These provide bright running lights, brake lights, turn signals and emergency flashers. A little pricey for what it is, but cheaper styles won't fit anywhere on my style Hollywood bike rack (Sport Rider).
The extra lights on the back are a great idea and helps to be seen. Seems how the bikes cover up part of the taillights on the jeep.

The blinkers do not work on my tow vehicle behind RV.
The light bar was on point! Even more impressive is the customer service and communication. You guys have it dialed in. Top notch products and top notch customer service.
Very well made. Like that you can mount it both below the bike rack or up higher actually on the bikes. Also like that it has two full rows of LEDs (one row is used for signaling and the other for indicator & emergency lights) vs. one row as I saw with other less expensive modes.
It works, looks easy to install.
Use on my motorhome and bronco sport when transporting bikes.
Works well, seems to be well made. One note, this will NOT mount on the Destination E bike rack without purchasing a separate adapter bar, which eTrailer does not show on their website. I had to order one direct from Hollywood Racks.

This was the easiest purchase I've made during the holiday season. The person I spoke to was very helpful. It was easy to install and works perfectly! It's bright and does an excellent job for visibility on the rack! It arrived in just a few days. I couldn't be more pleased!

Its working out great. Just getting ready to drive from MN to Az and so thankful to have it for our trip!
Perfect fit exactly as expected. Instant remedy to taillights being obstructed by the bikes.
Works as advertised
The lightbar does not work. It does the turn signals properly but the brake light and running lights don't work right. Brake lights don't light up and I think the running light is actually the brake light (seems really bright). I reached out to Hollywood Racks and they said it's a known issue with newer vehicles (I have a 2020 GMC 3500HD and this was plugged into a 4-way pin on a 2024 5th wheel RV) and there's no fix.
No knock on etrailer, just the product.
Seems very sturdy. Took a little time getting it adjusted to fit our ebikes but after some trial and error on my part it works fine.
Works great! Easy to connect and use in all the scenarios I need with E-bikes on back of my Jeep or on my motorhome. Came with more mounting and connection hardware than I expected.
Light bar is easy to attach to bike or rack. Highly visible running, brake and turn lights are super bright and function perfectly. Great quality product and safety item for bikes or anything that extends in back of vehicle or blocks car tail lights. Would recommend this product.
This is exactly what I needed for the Hollywood RV Rider rack since I keep my bikes covered while traveling and our RV has lower tail lights. It’s worth the cost!!!
Flimsy construction and unreliable func tioning.
Small bar for price.
The light was very EZ to hook to my bikes. I just used the long strap with the supplied Velcro straps. The light is super bright. Now I don’t have to worry about my bikes blocking my tail lights. Great light at a great price.
Very bright and easy to see lighting. Multiple ways to attach the lights - on bike frame or directly to the bike. Very satisfied with this product.
