We can help you with a winch but not with a large wheel like in the picture you mentioned.

They have several winches designed for boat lifts and those winches are compatible with the big wheel you mentioned. These include the following:

The Shelby Model 5353 Winch is a brake winch rated at 2,500 lbs so for replacement I recommend using the Fulton High-Performance Brake Winch part #F143201 which is also a brake winch and has the same 2,500 lb capacity.
