I have a double jet ski lift two set skis weigh apr 1200-1300 lbs. Will this winch handle this ok?

The 1500 lb capacity Dutton-Lainson # DL10770 you'd looked at would work well if the total weight of the PWC AND the portion of the lift its lifting weighs less than its 1500 lb capacity. When it comes to winches, I'll always recommend going with a winch that has a higher capacity than you actually need like the Dutton-Lainson # DL15721 which has a 2500 lb capacity. The winch will provide an extra margin of safety and because the winch won't work so hard, it'll actually last longer.
The winches don't include the cable which is sold separately as part # DL24102
