This Dutton-Lainson industrial winch is designed for standard-duty vertical lifting operations. Crank handle clockwise to lift the load, counter-clockwise to lower the load. Automatic brake stops the load when hand cranking stops.

Actually got this to replace the winch on a boat lift. It was a newer version of the original winch on the lift. Works great and was the best price at etrailer.
Great product, perfect for my needs, a rep from etrailer steered me in the right direction to get the right product. Extremely satisfied
these two winches were packaged separately in a box. made the trip in good condition.
This took a long time to ship, the box is damaged and once we finally received it, it's missing the handle. We can't use as is. Extremely disappointed.

Hey Gina. That sounds like a total letdown. I did check and, it looks like the replacement handle has been shipped out and is expected tomorrow.

I would like to re-rate this product and company. I give E-Trailer 5 stars on customer service. Theyre easy to work with and very responsive. I would buy from them again.
These are a great winch for the price. Attaching the cable can be a little fiddly but manageable. Etrailer has wonderful service and prices. I will repeat service with them.
