Thank you so much for the quick shipment of the brake winch I ordered. I think it was Marissa who helped me find the right winch. She was very knowledgeable and so kind to help me. I use this winch on a Stein Lowering device for my tree business. We use it to lift limbs and then lower them with our Stein Bollard. This brake winch is so helpful and easy to use with just one person on the lowering line. Thank you for a great product!
