In order to locate the correct replacement hub assembly for your trailer, you will want to determine what bearing numbers are used on your existing hubs. These numbers should be stamped right inside the bearings themselves. If you cannot locate these numbers, you can also take a few measurements along the spindle using the attached image as a template. You did mention that the inner and outer bearings on your trailer are the same size, but you will still want to determine their specific size/number to be sure the you get the right hub replacement.
You will then want to make sure that the replacement hub is properly rated for your axle capacity and that it features a matching bolt pattern to what you currently have. I have attached a great article that explains how to measure your bolt pattern if you are unsure.
A common hub assembly that uses the same inner and outer bearing is a 2,000 pound hub like # AKIHUB-545-2-1K for BT8 spindles. This hub uses # L44643 (1 inch inner diameter) for both the inner and outer bearing, features a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern, and is designed for 2,000 pound axles.
If you can tell me what bearings your current hub uses, I will be happy to recommend the correct replacement hub if this is not correct.
