Question:
I have a broken key for my Pep Boys Cargo Box with lock 2820. Do you know if I can purchase replacement keys?

Almost all of the Pep Boys cargo boxes were re-branded Sportrack cargo boxes. Since you have the 2820 lock, the correct replacement key for you would be part # THKEYN2820 by Thule. Thule is the parent company for Sportrack, so hopefully explains all of the different brand names involved here.
