I have a Voyager XL cargo box that was purchased at Pep Boys that the key is missing. The number stamped on the key mechanism is 2862. Do you carry replacement keys for these?

Hey Sheena, Thule made the Voyager XL cargo box so the replacement key is part # THKEYN2862 for the 2862 lock.

I have a Voyager XL cargo carrier and the lock is jammed in the closed position - can’t open the carrier. Key slides into lock but won’t open. How can I fix that?

Most likely there's some corrosion or debris trapped inside the locking mechanism that's preventing it from engaging. Try spraying some WD-40 into the cylinder and letting it sit for a bit, then try to unlock it again. You may even need to do this a few times.
