We do have the parts to install a 7-way trailer connector on your 2010 Toyota Highlander but there isn't a plug and play option available if you need it to be fully functioning. If you just want the same light functions that are currently on your 4-way to be active on the 7-way then you can convert it using part # 37185. It plugs into your 4-way and has the extra wires for the extra functions but if you don't need them then can be capped off.
If you do want the 7-way to be completely active then instead use our # ETBC7 kit. It includes everything you need other than a brake controller. Although it isn't plug and play, I've linked a video of it being installed on a Highlander like yours for you to check out.
If you also need a brake controller to power a trailer's electric brakes I recommend the Prodigy P3, part # 90195. It's the easiest to use and extremely reliable. Everything you need to install the P3 comes with the # ETBC7 kit I mentioned.
