I went out to the warehouse to measure the drive nut on the Scissor Stabilizer Jacks # TJSCHD-24. From wrench flat to wrench flat it is 0.72 inches so just a hair under 3/4 inch and just a hair above 18mm.

@LarryC Our Scissor Stabilizer Jacks w/ Handle - 18-3/4" Lift - 5,000 lbs - Qty 2 # TJSCHD-24 uses a 1/2"-10 ACME thread pitch. Is that going to work for you?
