Replacing Frozen Diversi Tech or Fastway Locks that are Frozen and Not Working

Question:

I have you DT adjustable hitch that requires a 5519 key for both key holes adjusting vertical and horizontal adjustment. The vertical adjustments are frozen and the key LPS have broken trying to repair and lubricate this issue. Is there a stronger key you can provide since my hitch is now inoperable? This kit should really be provided a stronger set of keys. I need your help to continue to use your product. Please help and contact me directly with any assistance.

I reached out to my contact at Fastway/ Diversi Tech and he said the only replacement key for your current lock cylinder is # DTKEYR5519. If your cylinder is locked up, he suggests using air tool oil or I suggest a penetrating oil.

The final option is to replace the locks with the Re-Keying Kit for DTLBM and DTALBM Series Self-Locking Aluminum Ball Mounts - 2 Locks # DTLBM02RK.
