The Convert-A-Ball Cushioned Ball Mount for 2-1/2 Inch Hitches, part # AMSCV-2, will fit your 2011 Ford Super Duty if it has a 2-1/2 inch receiver. It has a towing weight capacity of 18,000 lbs and a tongue weight capacity of 2,000 lbs. This ball mount has a 2 inch drop and a 3/4 inch rise.
To determine the drop or rise you will need for towing you will need to measure the hitch height on your truck. With the vehicle parked on level ground, measure to the top of the 2-1/2 inch receiver hole on your vehicle. Then, you will make sure the trailer you will be towing is level and on level ground. Measure the coupler height on the trailer, from the ground to the bottom of the trailers coupler. After you have both measurements you will compute the difference between the hitch height and the coupler height. If the hitch height is greater than the coupler height, the difference is the drop that is required. If the coupler height is greater, the difference is the rise that is required. The ball mount with the rise or drop closest to the difference should then be chosen. I am including a link to a FAQ page on choosing a ball mount.
I am including a link to a page that will list the different rise and drop cushioned ball mounts for a 2-1/2 inch hitch.
You will also need the 5/8 Inch Hitch Pin, part # 37201065, and the hitch ball. If you need a 2 inch hitch ball you will use the Curt 2 Inch Hitch Ball, part # A-90, and if you need a 2-5/16 inch hitch ball you will use the Tow Ready 2-5/16 Inch Hitch Ball, part # 19286.
