Two of the screws rubbed out during installation. I had to use the Lexus-manufactured screws removed with the tow hook attachments. The Screw threads are not the best quality.
Easy install
Two of the six bolt holes did not align with the frame of the vehicle requiring 1 hour of shop time to grind out the bolt holes so the holes aligned with the frame. Other than the bolt holes, the hitch itself is well made and was delivered as promised.

Great product. Great instructions for install. I was able to do it myself with no help. I am a 60 yo woman. I used car ramps. I installed in on a RX450h 2013. It took me 2 hours because I had to set up and gather items. I hadnt done this before. I used stuff I had around me(a pail and some wood pieces) to prop it up so I could get the screws started. I borrowed a torque wrench. And reinstalled the fascia. It looks great.

This is the third trailer hitch that I’ve bought through etrailers, always a great and affordable product. My most recent hitch arrived in a box that was essentially broken open with several parts of the hitch sticking out. However, damage was minimal and it is just a hitch that’s going to get beat up, so I didn’t stress it.

I have had this hitch for a year now and it is still performing well. We use it with a hitch carrier for vacations and we carry lots of stuff extra.
Installed it on my own. Didn’t even need to lift the back of the vehicle, although that might have made it easier. Surprise part is that adding the little bit of weight at the back helps my RX 350 not rattle so much in the second row seats.

etrailer is very good at what they do and Jerry was a pleasure to work with. Hitch arrived in 2 days. Only issue was hitch had a rough journey. Box was punctured in a couple places and hitch was missing some paint. Not an issue because the hitch is all but invisible on my vehicle. I’ll be calling soon to get the wiring kit. Y’all take care.
Very solid feeling product, installed in about an hour. I jacked the car up a bit and put it on jack stands but did the work with standard tools. I had to convince on of the bolts but once it started in the thread it was smooth. Torqued it all up and cutting the little plastic fascia under the car was straight forward. I wrapped the wiring around the main body of the hitch. Very nice look and feel. I’m super happy with it.
Easy and straight forward install. Looks great and no scratches despite the box being torn. No drilling and matched OEM holes. The time consuming part was dealing with the original plastic fasteners (which broke) and waiting for replacements. I was able to repurpose the extra bracket into a mount for the seven way connector. With the splash shield reinstated and trimmed properly, it looks better than the OEM.
Hitch without a Hitch!! Amazing! Called and ordered hitch from eTrailer Monday at 5pm -- hitch arrived Wednesday at 1pm (less than 2 days). Hitch fully installed 4 hours later. Customer service excellent, hitch fit PERFECT.
I bought this reciever to mount my Tule 4 position bike rack system. I've bought lots of gear from etrailer over the years. As usual, for this project, the products and customer service are top notch. The hitch install went well. The etrailer parts fit perfectly and the provided instructions made the job straight forward. I did find a factory cut location outline molded into the plastic closout panel to trim the clearance cutout for the receiver. The reciever assembly is hidden just like I wanted it to be. See pics.

I’ve used the hitch several times to haul my bikes. Works great. I recently sold the car and bought a newer car that needs a hitch for the bike rack. I will be looking at what etrailer hasfor the Venza.
