What if your spare tire is not centered on the rear bumper because of a bumper mounted grill setup. What bike rack will work for that?

There is not an RV rated bike rack that mounts to a spare tire, but I have a solution for you for a bike rack compatible with your trailer. I recommend the Swagman Platform-Style 2 Bike Rack for 2" Hitches or RV Bumpers # S64663. This carrier will mount to your bumper and support your bikes to give you a safe transport. I recommend you also use the Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock and Cable for Swagman Bike Racks w/ 2" Shanks - 8-1/2' Long # S64030 to deter theft. This will allow you to easily carry your bikes to your destination, but will require removing them and the carrier to access your swinging grill assembly.

I believe your spare tire is too far to the side to allow for the Swagman Around the Spare Deluxe 2 Bike Rack for RV Bumpers # S80501 to safely transport your bikes. I believe your bikes would go too far past your trailer and also would cover your light and license plate.

Your other option is to install a trailer hitch receiver like # 13703 to have a centered receiver for a compatible bike carrier that is RV rated and can fit with your spare tire depth.
