Question:
I should have mentioned I have 17 inch rims for this project. A military style teardrop trailer I am building from scratch. Got a hub assembly kit I can use? The parts you referenced won't fit 17 inch rims... I need the whole kit, bearings, etc. What about a different bolt pattern for 17 rims? I could add some wheel spacers....

We do have hubs available with a 5 on 5 bolt pattern; they are each compatible with 3,500 lb axles, have inner bearing # L68149 and outer bearing # L44649 and fit wheels that are between 13 inches and 15 inches. You need to take apart your old hub in order to find out if you have the same bearing numbers. If so hub and drum assembly # AKHD-550-35-K will work; for an idler hub assembly # AKIHUB-550-35-K would be the right choice. I've added a link to video reviews of these parts for you to take a look at as well as a link to our page with each of our hubs that have a 5 on 5 bolt pattern.
