for 4x4 bumper on class c motor home LT225/75R/16 duel wheel tire.

As long as your dual wheel and tire weighs less than 60 lbs the Ultra-Fab Folding Spare Tire Carrier # UF15-954730 will work. Only issue I foresee is that most dually style wheels and tires do weigh more than 60 lbs. This is designed to fit a 4 inch square bumper like yours as long as it's a totally boxed frame.
