Fast shipping, even during the Holiday season. Received the part as described. I only wish they would have provided longer mounting screws. Really had to work this and was glad I did save 3 of the previous screws.
Fit perfectly and looked exactly like OEM. Only problem was the crews were to short for the thickness of my door. Quick trip to ACE Hardware and Voila! Door fixed when Camping World told me the part would be $225.00 and that's not including installation. Thanks etrailer! Fast delivery and the correct part.
Unfortunately, the exact same part of the latch broke about 6 months after replacing it. Both times it has been the piece that moves the latch in when you squeeze the handle so when it breaks you have to crawl through the under storage from the other side to get the latch out. However, it was the correct latch and did match the original set of keys. We finally put on our third latch about a month ago. Fingers crossed this one lasts longer!
The slam latches were just as I expected. I installed them with the assistance of the videos provided on the website. They work great and look good, too. These will allow us to keep the "basement" more securely closed and locked. The horse pic is extra, LOL.
My experience with etrailer has always been outstanding with ordering and customer service follow up.

This was a great replacement for the slam latches on my outside storage compartments on my Lance travel trailer. The keys actually work the same as the ones that came with the Lance, even though they look to be cut differently and the numbers are different.

Perfect fit for my Jayco greyhawk. The supplied screws were too short. But simply used the old screws. No complaints. Took less than 10 minutes to remove the old and replace with the new.
It was just what we needed to replace the broken one.

They aren't even close to what is actually on the slam doors on my trailer. I checked and double checked the order before I submitted it and still Your product does not fit my RV.
It works great after one year. I'm very pleased.
It was a perfect fit for my 5th wheel cargo compartment. Got it in 3 days which is awesome. Also the same keys as my other compartments.
This lock was easy to install and has worked very well for the year we have had it installed.
These Baggage Lock Actuator set was exactly what I was looking for to replace the factory set. I have a 2021 Keystone Cougar and the plastic slam locks that came with the trailer were very difficult to open and on the last camping trip 5/13/24 both sides would not open. I had to pry one side open and then crawl through to open the other side. Upon removing the locks they were made out of plastic and they were totally disconnected.
I went on E-trailer sight and they had the global link locking lock set. There were videos on how to install. I ordered them and when they arrived, I was pleasantly surprised they were made out of metal. I had to cut a larger hole in the RV Door, but when they were installed they opened and closed like they were supposed to. These were a great upgrade to what was on the trailer. Thank you E trailer for carrying these slam lock set.
