Question:
Hi, I have 2017 Ford explorer Limited 2.3. Is Replacement Multi-Tow 7-Way and 4 Pole Trailer Connector Item # 74682 will just fit in with out other electrical job? I dont have a Trailer Towing Package option in my car. If it dosnt fit directly, can you recommand which product I should install?

If you do not have the trailer towing package on your 2017 Ford Explorer then you will want to install the Tekonsha T-One # 118540 which will give you a 4-Way for your trailer lights. The Reese # 74682 that you referenced is for Explorers with the trailer towing package.
Next you will want to install the Universal Wiring Kit # ETBC7. This kit will convert your 4-Way to a 4-Way and 7-Way and, once fully installed, will give you a fully-functioning 7-Way. I have attached a helpful video and article for you to reference.
In the attached video for the ETBC7 the installer puts the Prodigy P2 # 90885 in the 2014 Explorer so that the trailer brakes can be activated. If your trailer has brakes then I also recommend using this controller as it is one of our most popular and has received many great reviews.
To finish up your towing setup you will also need a trailer hitch and a ball mount with a hitch ball. I recommend going with the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76034 for a trailer hitch. The Curt # C45036 is a great option for a 2 inch hitch ball on a shank that has a 2 inch drop.
I have attached an installation video for the trailer hitch as well as a helpful article for you to determine if the Curt # C45036 is correct for your application.
