We may have replacement parts available for you depending on the manufacturer and model of your ladder and AC unit. Stand-off nut # FST-9975 measures 1" x 1" and was designed for use with Stromberg Carlson ladder # LA-401. For a 5" ladder support leg, there is # 8535, which will work with any exterior RV ladder that has 1" round tubing, as well replacement ladder rung # 8538-T.
When it comes to the shroud, the part which may work for you is # AT3308046006, which is a replacement white shroud for a Penguin model 600315 or other Dometic RV air conditioning unit.
