Is this item a threaded nut? If yes, what size and thread type?

I went out to the warehouse and pulled Replacement Stand-Off or Insert Nut # FST-9975 to measure it. The inner diameter is 0.209 inches (5.32mm). The thread depth is approximately 1/4 inch and there are 5 threads so that would be 20 threads per inch. It is a coarse thread.
