Yes, the replacement stand-off/insert nut # FST-9975 fits either exterior RV ladder # LA-401 or the RV bunk ladder # LA-460 or # LA-466 by being inserted into the end of the stand-off.

I went out to the warehouse and pulled Replacement Stand-Off or Insert Nut #FST-9975 to measure it. The inner diameter is 0.209 inches (5.32mm). The thread depth is approximately 1/4 inch and there are 5 threads so that would be 20 threads per inch.…
