Made our ladder safe to use once more. Held up without problem since repairing about a year ago, and continues to be used by family. Mission accomplished.
I purchased an RV ladder for a very unique purpose...I have a loft in a studio apartment that was virtually impossible to access. All options I found cost a fortune but I found the Stromberg Carlson ladder and the extra support pegs I ordered were a reasonably priced solution to my problem.
The etrailer team kept me alerted regarding my shipping status and answered any questions I had.
Standoffs were very good quality and worked great
The product was exactly as advertised. There was great interaction between etrailer and myself. When product shipping was delayed, I got an email explaining the situation and even with the delay, shipping was fairly prompt. I highly recommend this vendor.
These should come with the screws to mount on RV. I bought them to add strength to the ladder rather than replace supports. I mounted the ladder and used two extra support pegs to strengthen my ladder around where the bike rack attaches. Went well.
I received the ladder 8535 in good shape and a day early. I had to use the full ladder with no cuts and with hinges to give me the EXACT length required. This resulted in a 30 inch space in the very middle of the ladder. Stromberg-Carlson sent a universal rung to fit there. With my own materials I added a rung at the very bottom on the bend. I added hose clamps under each rung for added support. It all turned out looking GOODprofessional and solid. JFS
Excellent costumer service. Part was delivered on time. The Stromberg Carlson stand off assembly#8535 worked perfectly to replace broken ladder standoffs.

Only used the nut inside and the black plastic tip but was able to repair ladder. You were the only company that had this product so very thankful that it worked
