The Draw-Tite QSP Trailer Hitch Silencer and Cover # 63080 is made for a 2-inch hitch like the Curt 2-inch Class III # C13204 which fits your 2017 Nissan Rogue. Please refer to the linked review video showing use of this anti-rattle item.

Although this will work on a 2-inch Curt hitch there are other anti-rattle devices that will do a better job of holding an accessory item such as a ball mount steady in your hitch receiver.

One of the best anti-rattle devices for a 2-inch hitch is the Blue Ox Hitch Receiver Immobilizer II # BX88224. This does not offer the same tool-free installation as the Draw-Tite but it will do a far better job of preventing rattle in the hitch tube.

My concern is that the video makes an, almost missable, comment about not being compatible with OME receivers. I was actually considering ordering this, but decided to watch the video. Glad Imdid.
