The closest thing we have to your jacks are the Ultra-Fab Ultra Scissor Jacks - 24" Lift - 6,500 lbs - Qty 2 # UF48-979002. These are BAL jacks that have a restricted height of 4-3/4 inches and an extended height of 28-3/4 inches. I've attached a video to assist.
For a similar single jack replacement, I recommend the Ultra-Fab Ultra Scissor Jack - 24" Lift - 6,500 lbs # UF48-979006. This jack has a collapsed height of 4-3/4 inches and mounting plate 3-1/2 inches by 7-1/4 inches with multiple holes to fit most applications.
