Does the fulton wide track singe wheel have a 5 inch swivel bracket to fit a 5 inch trailer frame??

I recommend the Fulton F2 Swing-Up Trailer Jack # F1413140334. This jack is designed to work with frames up to 5 inches and it has the swivel feature and a wide-track wheel. This jack has a 1,600 lb capacity.
