I have a truck that has a 7 pin flat connector on it and a trailer that has a 7 pin round connector. Im looking to an adapter to connect the trailers 7 pin round connector to the vehicles 7 pin flat adapter.

A 7 pin flat connector is normally European. It will give you the same functions as a 4-way flat.
To convert the wiring to make it functional with a 4 way, you will need the Roadmaster Brite-Lite Wiring Converter # RM-732. You can use a circuit tester like # PTW2993 to determine functions for proper connection. To get the other functions for your trailer 7-way, you will need the # ETBC7 kit and a brake controller like # 90195.
If you are looking to adapt from a 7 round to a 7 blade, then you can use the Pollak Trailer Connector Adapter - 7-Blade Plug to 7-Pole Round Pin - Die-Cast Zinc # PK12728.
