The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class II - 1-1/4" # C12169 is confirmed to fit your 2017 Honda CR-V and will allow you to use the hands free sensor on either side of the rear bumper. The center sensor will be blocked by the hitch receiver opening, but just a few inches to either side of center will work fine.
Unless you are looking for a small hitch, I recommend you go with the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # C13397 instead. Unfortunately the hands free liftgate sensors will not work without a relocation kit from your Honda dealer, but a 2 inch receiver gives you many more options for accessories and carries a higher load rating that is significant in many cases to get the accessory you want. If you want the larger receiver opening and hands free lift gate function, then I recommend the Draw-Tite # 76128.
