Will the Rhino Rack Nautic Stack Kayak Carrier S520 fit a 2012 Toyota Rav 4 with factory bars and will I be able to carry 3 kayaks 2 10 footers and 0ne 12 footer?

The Rhino-Rack Nautic Stack Kayak Carrier, # RRS520, can carry 1 to 4 kayaks, but the number of kayaks that you can carry with the width of the roof rack on you 2012 Toyota RAV4 will be limited.
Trying to carry more than 2 kayaks on the RAV4 factory rack will be pushing the limit for the vehicle's roof rack.
One option you could explore is using a trailer to carry the kayaks with your RAV4. Malone EcoLight Sport Trailer, # MAL53FR, would allow you to carry a kayaks up to 14 feet long.
The vehicle will have to have a trailer hitch installed to use the Malone EcoLight trailer. The etrailer Class III Trailer Hitch, # e98864, for the Toyota RAV4 is the hitch I recommend if you do not already have one installed. I also recommend the etrailer Ball Mount Kit, # 989900, with this hitch.
