Best Hitch for 2013 Toyota RAV4 for Carrying Bike Rack

Question:
I have a 2013 Toyota Rav4 AWD. I am looking to install a class III trailer hitch so I can mount a hitch mounted vertical bike rack. What hitch do you recommend that has the highest clearance and is hidden the most? Thanks

Hey Gerald, the Curt hitch part # C13406 would be your best option for your 2013 Toyota RAV4 as it is a Class III like you want, has the highest clearance since it fits right up under the rear bumper and is mostly hidden since only the hitch opening is visible. What bike rack are you planning on using?

Thanks Jameson. I am looking at the 1UP Heavy Duty Double. I like it for its all aluminum build, durability, ease of use, light weight, overall appearance, and multiple height settings for off-road use. Also, I appreciate the ability it can be expanded to 3 or 4 bike, if needed.
