Installing Scissor Jack Stabilizers to an RV or Travel Trailer

Question:
To install the scissor jacks do you drill holes in the flange of the trailer frame ?

Scissor jacks like the Ultra-Fab Ultra Scissor Jack - 24" Lift - 6,500 lbs # UF48-979006 are bolted directly into the frame or support brace of your trailer. Even thought these jacks are used for stabilization and not lifting, they need to be securely mounted to the trailer frame and not an additional component like a body panel that is rolled under.
