You're packing up for a weekend away, loading in fresh ingredients, a few frozen favorites, and your favorite drinks. This GE fridge keeps it all organized and powered on 12V, so your RV kitchen stays ready for wherever the road takes you.
This 9.8 cu. ft. fridge gives you the space you need without taking over your RV kitchen. The compact footprint fits tight layouts, while adjustable shelves and a clear crisper drawer keep things organized. A full-width door bin, plus smaller bins and can racks, help sort drinks and condiments. The black finish blends easily with most interiors, and the reversible swing door and pocket handle let you customize the fit for your space.
This unit runs on 12V DC power, making it a great fit for solar setups, battery systems, or off-grid living. No need to convert from shore power. Just steady cooling that keeps up with your adventures.
You've got three full-width glass shelves, a full-width crisper drawer, and door storage designed for both big bottles and small essentials. There's also a glass shelf and two fixed bins in the freezer for easier access to frozen meals or road trip treats.

So far seems to be a great investment, just a little difficult to set temp. No numbers on the dial.
Once installed the fridge works just fine and looks great. Cools fast as it should. So why should you go with a more expensive unit? Well #1 for me would be to get frost free. I've got to be honest and say I overlooked that when I was buying, if I was doing it over I'd spend a few hundred more and get a unit that's frost free. #2 even though the description states that it comes with a travel lock, it does not. You must buy that separately. #3 the directions are lacking and when it comes to the mounts (which aren't included) and the hardware. There's a plastic part that I have no clue where it goes. Washers that again, no clue and they aren't called out in the directions. Random screws...no clue what they are for.
But in the end, it looks good and cools fast so it does its job.
Works great and looks great as well. The bracket kit that I got did not fit but I was able to drill new holes in in.
Shipping was great and on time. Installation went perfect and customer was thrilled. The appearance of the refrigerator was very nice.
This is a basic very good looking 12 v frig. Nothing fancy, nothing complicated. No defrost, no led screen etc. In my opinion less stuff to break.
Installation went easy. Plug off the gas line from old frig and connect the 12 volt wires. Despite what other reviews and the on line instruction manual says it does come with both the upper and lower mounting brackets. They are taped to the packaging foam so don’t throw them away.
It also comes with a travel door latch. Pretty simple and basic but it should work just fine.
It also is convertible to left door swing and also comes with those parts. The conversion is pretty simple and easy.
