Question:
Do you have a 2-1/2inch to 2inch hitch extender 18inch long? My vehicle is a 2017 3500 HD Chevy Silverado

We do offer hitch extenders/adapters that will fit into a 2-1/2-inch hitch and reduce the receiver opening size down to a 2-inch size but none of these is 18-inches long.
There is another way to go that might work for your application. You could use a hitch reducer sleeve # C45405 in your 2-1/2-inch hitch to drop it down to the 2-inch size, and then simply use 18-inch hitch extender # C45796 or # HE18, both of which are rated for 3500-lbs.
Do note that use of any hitch adapter/extender does cause a 50% reduction of the hitch capacity.
