These towing mirrors are custom designed to match the contours of your factory mirrors, and they let you retain use of the features on your factory mirrors. They fit perfectly over the existing mirrors. Not like the universal clip on type that kind of fit on a lot of different mirrors. I believe they will hold up well.

Great mirror. Easy to install and take off. Does not scratch your existing mirror.
Worked perfect. The issue will be winter time when I take them off. I don' t know how much cold will affect them. Nice to see what's back of your trailer.

The mirrors are great and very easy to install and remove (after the first time). They have to loosen up a bit (a few times on and off) before they are easier to put on and take off. And yes, the small built-in mirrors do vibrate a bit when you are driving down the road but it doesn’t impede your driving ability or the view you get out them. They could be a bit wider but are far superior to just the stock mirrors. I’d recommend them (and do) to anyone who’ll listen. Hahah
