Recommended Tail Light Assembly For 1982 Cross Country

Question:

I want to replace both my tail light fixtures on my 1982 cross country. The problem is that from what I can tell the housing are reflect o matic 1400 series. They are 21 inches long. The closest I can seem to find right now is the Bargman 84 series at 18 inches long. Is there any other product that you could recommend or is my best bet to do some modifying of the cutaway to fit the modern tail light fixture?

I recommend the Bargman Triple, Long Tail Light - 84, 85 Series # 30-84-103. This is the longest light we carry at 18 inches long as you stated. I believe you will need to do the modifying to accommodate the more modern tail light fixture style.
