I'm really sorry to hear you're having issues with your new refrigerator. From what you're describing, it sounds like the thermostat or temperature sensor is malfunctioning and the thermostat may not be cycling the compressor off when it should. This unit does have a one-year warranty, but the manufacturer handles it directly. I know you've already reached out, but I'd encourage you to try again with both email and phone so they can get this resolved for you.
