I just purchased a Lexus 2017 RX 350, withOUT tow prep package. Want to add trailer hitch now. I see you recommend the Curt part # C13272 for use on Lexus RX 350. Does this recommendation apply to the 2017 RX 350? I found a wire bundle terminal under frame at rear of vehicle on driver side that seems to be the plug for a hitch wiring harness Is this for the hitch electrical? image is looking up, left and back Does this indicate that, although I did NOT pay for the tow prep, it may have been done anyway? Will installation require any cutting of the painted rear bumber or air dam surfaces?

For your 2017 Lexus RX 350 the Curt hitch part # C13272 that you referenced is a confirmed fit and would work well. No fascia trimming is needed.
The Curt wiring harness part # 56083 will plug into the port. But what you need to do is test the pins of the connector you found with a circuit tester like part # PTW2993 to make sure voltage is present there. Most likely it is but you would want to verify first. Let us know too!
