A great connector that is compatible with the # A10-50FDT you were looking at is the Epicord 50 Amp Twist Lock Power Inlet part # 277-000140.

The one mentioned in the video just changed part numbers because it is now available in black # A10-50INBKVP and white # A10-50INVP.

A great cover for the # A10-50FDT to protect it from the elements is the # A10-50ACV.

The groove inside the J-Channel Trim for Enclosed Trailer #362415-955 measures 3/16" wide x 1/8" tall with the trim laying flat so that should give you a good idea what kind of diamond plate will fit.
