Question:

I have a 2016 RX 350 Lexus Non Sport. Can you tell me if i would have to do any cutting of the plastic under the back bumper to install this hitch. I will be using this hitch for my bike rack only. Also is the only or best hitch for this car?

You should not have to trim anything on your 2016 Lexus RX350 to install etrailer trailer hitch # e94AR. Ther is also no drilling required for installation. If Your Lexus is equipped with the lateral performance damper, the damper will need to be removed to install this hitch. This hitch is an excellent choice for use with a bike rack.

There is another hitch that will fit, # C13272. But if it were me I would go with the less expensive etrailer hitch.

If you ever plan on doing some towing in the future, I recommend etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts; one with a 3/4 inch rise or 2 inch drop and one with a 2-3/4 inch rise or 4 inch drop. It also includes a 1-7/8 inch ball, 2 inch ball, hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag.

If the ball mount kit does not have the right rise or drop to tow the trailer level, use the link I have included that explains how to measure to choose a ball mount to tow the trailer level.

And for trailer wiring you can use # 119250KIT to add a 4-Way flat connector to the rear of the vehicle.
