I recommend installing the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e94AR on your 2016 Lexus RX 350. This receiver has a matte black finish giving it more of a factory appearance. It also has a hidden cross tube so all you will see is the 2" receiver opening and the chain hook loops.
The T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118255 will allow you to plug into the factory harness so you have a functioning 4-way to connect on small trailers. It can also be used for Auxiliary Lights # C53201 if you have a hitch mounted accessory which impairs the view of your tail lights. The Mounting Brackets # 18140 & # BK4F will allow you to secure the 4-way to your receiver without drilling.
