Question:
I am installing 42 clearance lights on a trailer that I just purchased from you, MCL13CA2B, MCL13CR2B, each light is 0.046 amp, also installing 4 STandT, STL89RCB, each light draws .350 on Turn and Stop, .022 on Tail, what size wire should I run for the LED lights? do you have a Chart? The trailer is 7ft. tall, 20ft. long, Enclosed, lights running top and bottom of trailer, thanks,

Helpful Expert Reply:
Even thought that is a quite a few LED lights on your trailer the amount of amperage draw total for all circuit would be 3.35 amps. That's well below what standard lights would draw on trailers with just a handful of incandescent lights.
You would easily be able to get away with 14 gauge or even 16 gauge wire.
