Compatibility of Rhino Rack Roof Rack Feet w/ Thule AeroBlade Crossbars

Question:

can I mate a set of Rhino Rack #rlkva leg mounts to a set of rapid aero Thule load bars. I have a set of Thule roof racks that I used on my 2006 Nissan Maxima. I have replaced the Maxima with a 2013 Nissan Altima. Thule has no leg/foot kit to fit the Altima. The load bars are the old/discontinued load bars. The mounting track on the Rhino bars and the old rapid aero bars look similar in online photos. Any advice would be appreciated. I realize that you cant recommend I do this but, if you could tell me if its even possible I would be very grateful.

The mechanism the Rhino Rack # RRRLKVA uses to attach to the crossbars is different enough that the Rhino Rack feet wouldn't be compatible with your existing Thule AeroBlade crossbars, I'm sorry to say.

I checked with Thule, and did indeed confirm that they for some reason don't offer a roof rack solution for your Altima. Your best bet would be to install a Rhino-Rack roof rack using the following parts:

44 inch Vortex Aero Crossbars, part # RRVA118B-2 for black or # RRVA118S-2 for silver
Roof rack feet, part # RRRLKVA
vehicle specific clamp kit, part # DK169
