We have a trailer hitch that measures only 1 1/4 inch. Do you have anything comparable that would fit or is there some kind of an adapter that can be used? Thanks.

First, using an adapter to allow you to carry a 2-inch accessory in your 1-1/4 inch hitch reduces the trailer hitch capacity by 50 percent.
This Rola Swinging Enclosed Cargo Carrier for 2" Trailer Hitch # 59109 along with the other enclosed carriers, are only meant for class III and class IV hitches. Using it with an adapter would be too much for your 1-1/4" hitch on your Camry. However, you can still use a carrier, it just won't be enclosed.
I recommend the 20x47 Reese Cargo Carrier for 1-1/4" Hitches - Steel - 300 lbs # 63155. It appears that your hitch and your car also have a 300-pound tongue weight capacity, you can verify this with a Toyota dealer, and we can't exceed that capacity. The Reese # 63155 weighs 38 pounds. So, 300 - 38 = 262, this means you could load the carrier with 262 pounds of cargo. I attached a video of this carrier for you to check out.
