Can this part be installed in a 2008 smart car for 2,if so would you have a video of installation ? Thanks

The Roadmaster InvisiBrake Supplemental Braking System # RM-8700 is one of the options for a braking system to allow your 2008 Smart fortwo to be flat-towed behind a motorhome or other vehicle using a tow bar like the Blue Ox Alpha # BX7380.
We do have installation videos for the Roadmaster system in a number of vehicles, but just not your fortwo. Once a local customer brings their fortwo in for an installation we'll make a video. I linked for you a video showing installation in a different 2008 model year vehicle.
A braking system like the InvisiBrake is just one of several components needed for safe and legal flat towing. You can refer to the linked article for more and be sure to consult your owner's manual before flat-towing the car.
