Im looking to find out what the length of the u-bolt is in this kit. Im replacing the mounting hardware in my old Thule Summit to fit factory roof racks from Honda. The 4inch span is perfect for the holes in the box as well as wrapping the bars, Im just hoping that the bolt length is near 2.5 If not, is there a kit that would suit this?

I went to our warehouse and measured the u-bolts included in the Thule cargo box Replacement Hardware Kit # TH05603. The linked photo shows the dimensions. The overall outside length of the u-bolts is 2-inches from the center of the bend to the tips of the legs.
My Thule contact recommended a different hardware kit to allow you to mount your older Summit cargo box on your Honda factory roof bars, part # TH04997. This is a QM3 quick-mount kit that will make it easier to install and remove the box than a manual knob kit. The bolt length is 3 inches with thread length 2-3/4 inches.
