We do not offer the Cm-S19 spacer as a separate item. It is available as part of the replacement hardware kit for installation of your Curt Trailer Hitch, part # C13264.

To order the replacement hardware kit you can type # RHK in the search box on our website. Then type the trailer hitch number, # C13264 in the Hitch Item Number Field. From the dropdown menu select Curt, and then select the quantity kits you need. It's that easy. The kit will be assembled for that hitch.
