Electric A-Frame Trailer Jack Only has Intermittent Power

Question:
power is sporadic, fuse good, battery good. wiggling wire helps. could wiring be loose inside?

It does sound like there could be some loose wiring in the jack head or it could also be a bad switch/dirty contacts for the switch. Most electric jacks you can take apart to access these components to repair or replace parts as needed.
If that does not solve the problem then the first thing I recommend checking on your powered trailer jack is the ground connection. Over time a ground connection can get corroded and cause a poor ground so the circuit is not completed.
Many electric trailer jacks ground through the mounting hardware (if there isn't a separate ground wire present). If you were to sand away any corrosion and get down to bare metal then that will be the best ground surface.
