Hello Do u have a measurement from the frame to the receiver box? I have a measurement of six inches on my truck. Thanks

Yes, check out the picture I attached that has the vertical distances from where the hitch mounts to the frame of the vehicle down to the hitch tube.
Since you need at least 6 inches this would clear that by 1-3/8 inches.
