Error Codes Explained for a Valley Journey HD Brake Controller

Question:
I have a journey hd brake controller on my 1 ton dodge pickup. everything was working fine last time that my driver was in it. he went to get in it today and no trailer brakes. it is throwing a code that appears to be a O and a backwards 7. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I was able to find the install manual for the Valley Journey HD brake controller and attached a screenshot of it that shows what all of the error codes are for it.
None of the codes look like an O and a backwards 7, but maybe you can see which one you have from the list.
