Question:
I have read on people saying the have to change the pin connection on this wire harness. I have a 2019 MB Sprinter 2500 and I like to know does the color code on the harness matches the MB Sprinter color code so I can use the colors to connect?

As long as your 2019 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 has a factory plugin connection point for the adapter part # 3063-P you will not need to make any modifications to the adapter, it will plug right in into the factory plug and the other end to a Tekonsha, TrailerMate or Draw-Tite brake controller. The plug that the harness will use is located under the driver seat. It is a green four pin plug which can be seen in the attached photo.
If you do not have this factory plug then the green plug of the adapter will need to be cut off and hardwired to the Sprinter with part # 5506. The black wire from the adapter goes to the vehicle's battery. The red wire from the adapter needs to be wired to the Sprinter's stop light circuit but that is not easy to find on the Sprinters. There is not really a way to match up by color you will have to test for function of the stop light circuit with a circuit tester. It will be the wire that has power only when the brake pedal is depressed. If you are not able to find the stop light circuit, you can add the Roadmaster Stop Light Switch Kit part # RM-751475 to wire the brake controller's red wire to.
The blue wire should be attached to the electric brake circuit on the 7-Way and the white to the negative side of the battery. I have attached a wiring diagram showing the connections that will need to be made and an installation video on a similar Sprinter which will be the same. If you don't have a 7-Way plug you will need to install the part # ETBC7 instead which comes with the plug.
