Question:
On a 3500# Dexter, can I change the brakes from non-self adjusting to full self adjust. ?
asked by: James C
Helpful Expert Reply:
Yes you can change non-self adjusting brakes to self-adjusting brakes. In order to recommend some brake assemblies, I would need to know the drum diameter. For example if you have the 10 inch drum with the 3500 lb axle, you would need the Right Hand Assembly, part # AKEBRK-35R-SA and the Left Hand Assembly, part # AKEBRK-35L-SA. You will need a left and right hand for each axle.
